We aim to deliver your fantastic new product to you as soon as possible, so if an item is in stock we aim for same or next day dispatch so that you can begin enjoying your purchase within days.

We have a variety of delivery options available for you to choose from, which will affect the speed of transit, and we only use trusted and secure carriers so you can be sure that your product is in safe hands through every step of the process.

The delivery charge depends on the option you select and the item you have ordered. With a number of choices available, you can choose the speed and cost of your delivery to suit you.

To place an online order you will need to supply a credit or debit card to charge for the cost of your purchase. We accept all major cards including Visa Debit, Visa Credit and Mastercard.

While it is possible to check out without creating an account, it is beneficial to create one so you can keep track of your orders. Opting in to our mailing list also allows us to keep you abreast of new, exciting additions and offers.

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If it has not yet been dispatched, we may still be able to cancel the order, depending on where it is in the dispatch process. Please contact customer services for more help.

We aim for 100% satisfaction every time. If this is not the case, or the item does not suit you perfectly, you can return the item for a refund or exchange by contacting our customer service team.

Simply send the item back within 14 days of delivery in the original packaging and we can issue a refund to your payment card or send you a more suitable item immediately.
